"I want to thank you and your staff Lindy and Steve for the care you have given my father over the years. The care you have given my father, both while he was recovering to return to his own home, and then later as his health declined until his passing, should set the standard of care for the industry.
You and your caregivers have always shown the highest standards of medical care, while encouraging quality of life in a lovely surrounding. Dad having always lived in the country, I know enjoyed the rural setting, and personalities of the caregivers that were there for him. I also know that they made dad more than a client, that they became his friends and cared for him. I know that their coordination with dad’s doctor and the hospice staff, as well as his pastor ensured that his needs both physically and spiritually were well met.
It was an immense help to me to know without question, that dad was well cared for especially when my work carried me out of the area for extended periods of time.
Please feel free to share this letter with prospective residents and their families, and I would be happy to talk with them should they have questions I can answer."
Sincerely, Carl E. Zietz - November 2009
