"Wisteria Gardens has been such a blessing to our family.  The vegetables that we have enjoyed these past 6 months have broadened our appreciation for healthy eating.  It was fun to introduce our little girls to new vegetables.  They loved to come see Kevin each week.  We will miss our weekly visits but we will so look forward to the springtime again.  Thank you for all you taught and offered us.  Blessings!" - Eric, Susan, Annika, Kaia, & Michaella Oberg 10/26/09

"Much fun, coming to the farm.  I've loved the new experiences of all the squash... Loved all the tomatoes.  I had planned to freeze some... but shared with family and friends.  Still not sure if I like chard, but it was something new.... My grandson ate most of the beets.  He seemed to like the idea of "my farm"... For myself, I'm thinking of a full share." - Judith Mason
"I look forward to coming every week and discovering the bounty of vegetables I get to enjoy the coming week.  I'm really going to miss it this winter." -Robyn Lewis

"I want to thank you for this opportunity to connect with my community.  The experience has been fantastic!  The veggies were so fresh - my husband even eats veggies's now!  Thanks so much!" - Christina Moreland

The Kitchen Garden...

Country fresh vegetables... just as picturesque as flowers!

Peas, carrots, peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, zuccini, pumpkins, squash, beans, broccoli, celery, brussel sprouts, califlower, corn, garlic, cucumbers, leeks, beets, sunflowers and more!

Fresh Summer Vegetables...

Fencing isn't pretty, but it keeps Peter Rabbit out of the vegetable garden!

Our new greenhouse will extend our 2009 harvest season!

The Cottage Garden...

Small plantings of raspberries, thornless blackberries, blueberries and strawberries take turns producing delicious natural desserts in our cottage garden.  Miniature fruit trees, lavender and wisteria line the fences.

Curly Willow, Portugese Laurel, and an assortment of evergreen shrubs keep the garden green through the seasons.

Go ahead... Meander along the pathways, rest on a bench amid fruit and flowers, and say hello to the peacocks.  An hour spent idly in this restful place can rejuvinate the spirit... enjoy!

Animal Menagerie

Our animal menagerie completes the family farm...

Past the cottage garden, next to the woodshed, say hello to the geese, chickens and pigs .

Grass fed beef occupy the back pasture, retreating to the shade of the trees in the intensity of summer sunshine.

Incredible Edibles...

Chives brighten up the garden , blooming amid the strawberries in the raised garden bed.

Perrenial Peonies

Try floating peony blossoms in a glass bowl for a lush centerpiece.
